ORDER CONFIRMATION / RECEIPT
The order confirmation / receipt is the last step in the purchase process and we recommend that you print it immediately after purchase. The shipment will be accompanied by an invoice, which shall be presented to any exchange, return or complaint.
The invoice is your proof of warranty - if an accident should happen.
As an extra precaution, we also send an order confirmation per mail to the entered email address.
Please note that we do not guarantee shipment and delivery of goods and take no responsibility, if goods are sold out, not in stock or our system by error have oversold the goods. We take no responsibility for errors in prices or system.
PAYMENT
With payment by credit card you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment.
The data you submit in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is PBS only who can read them. Neither we nor others have the opportunity to read the data.
The payment of goods is deducted only when the goods are dispatched. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved at the purchase.

Deliveries to the customer's request made without acknowledgment, is at the customer's risk by any defects or damage.
We use GLS for our shipments - and everything is sent as parcels so that the goods can always be traced if there are any problems with the delivery. Your GLS parcel will be delivered for pick up at your nearest GLS parcel shop.
Delivery time: 1-3 days.
Parcels not picked up or refused receipt will be charged all expenses for return freight and handling fee, deducted return payment.
EU - Zone 1 countries
Deliveries to the customer's request made without acknowledgment, is at the customer's risk by any defects or damage.
We use GLS / DHL / UPS for our shipments - and everything is sent as parcels so that the goods can always be traced if there are any problems with the delivery.
Delivery time: 2-6 days within EU.
Parcels not picked up or refused receipt will be charged all expenses for return freight and handling fee, deducted return payment.
EU - Zone 2 countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia)
Deliveries to the customer's request made without acknowledgment, is at the customer's risk by any defects or damage.
We use GLS / DHL / UPS for our shipments - and everything is sent as parcels so that the goods can always be traced if there are any problems with the delivery.
Delivery time: 2-8 days.

EUROPE outside EU (Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, Ukraine)

Delivery time: 2-8 days.

Greenland, Faroe Island & Iceland
Deliveries to the customer's request made without acknowledgment, is at the customer's risk by any defects or damage.
We use DHL / UPS for our shipments - and everything is sent as parcels so that the goods can always be traced if there are any problems with the delivery.
Delivery time: 8-10 days.
Parcels not picked up or refused receipt will be charged all expenses for return freight, customs and handling fee, deducted return payment.
Please note that you are responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to you.

When you return the product, please use the enclosed return form and provide the following information on the package: Your name and address.
Returns must be send to: Prime Cargo, Profilvej 3, DK-6000 Kolding, Denmark
Returns must be send with Business delivery as it will not be picked up in parcel shops or elsewhere, can be delivered during business hours only.
It can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return.
Make sure to keep hold of your receipt and tracking number in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
COMPLAINTS
By law a warranty for 24 months is given on all products. Warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the product that has occurred up to 24 months after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects are not caused by your incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior that has led to the defect. You must claim within a reasonable time after you have found the defect. If you claim within 2 months it is always considered as being timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with the return of the product when the claim is justified.

You can also file a complaint about a product that you have purchased from us to Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsens Center for Klageløsning, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to Center for Klageløsning via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission's online complaint portal by filing a complaint.
