No, not all down jackets are waterproof. It depends on the quality, membrane and finish used for the jacket. If you are in doubt as to whether your jacket is waterproof, please contact us or your dealer.

Unfortunately no. Fur is a natural product that varies from piece to piece and has been selected specifically in relation to product type and application. With use, the fur will regain its volume and "fluffy" look.

At VER de TERRE, we would like to contribute to the responsible consumption of our products. A lot of work and many resources have been put into each product before it lands on our webshop or on the shelves in the stores. We would like to encourage that the first step in a complaint process is always with preservation in mind, which means repair. To that end, we have developed a CARE & REPAIR guide where you can get guidance on repairing minor damage. Otherwise, we are of course happy to help you get the product repaired by a professional tailor. However, if a product cannot be repaired, it can of course be exchanged for another within the conditions and period of the complaint.
